Quick, easy, and absolutely delicious—chicken, bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato, red onions, ranch dressing, and three cheeses!

Ingredients

    Directions

    Step1

Cook the bacon to your liking and set it aside.

    Step2

Pat chicken dry with a paper towel, salt and pepper both sides.

    Step3

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs, cooking in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding. Cook the chicken until it begins to brown, then start basting with barbecue sauce. Generously baste with sauce, turning frequently. Continue cooking until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the sauce has caramelized.

    Step4

While the chicken cooks, spread cream cheese evenly over four large burrito-sized tortillas. Add a light sprinkle of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.

    Step5

Thoroughly wash the produce, then slice the tomatoes and peel and slice the red onions.

    Step6

Once the chicken is done cooking, let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting it into pieces of your desired size. Lay a romaine leaf across the tortillas and add some chicken, bacon, then red onions and sliced tomatoes. Drizzle some ranch dressing, roll it up tightly, and slice it in half.

    Step7

    Serve and enjoy!
